We will arrange delivery on a day to suit you, all multiple item orders will be despatched directly from us as one delivery so that you only have to arrange to receive one delivery. Specified time of day and Saturday morning deliveries can also be arranged at additional cost. Following security/identity checks we can also deliver orders to your work address if required.

We try our best to assess the ideal machine for you based on your requirements and our 25 years of experience. However, you may not have used a machine before and so be unsure which features you need until you use one. If you buy a machine and quickly decide another model with different features is preferred we can usually arrange to exchange machines with only the difference in price and the cost of carriage to be paid.

Machines are supplied from the UK and warranties are honoured directly with us in the UK. Please retain machine packaging in case of future need.
